Please give a 24-hour notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid being charged the full cost of your grooming appointment.
A no-call/no-show will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
Late to Appointment Drop-off
If you are more than 15 minutes late (Grace period), we will keep your appointment but begin to charge you $1 a minute starting on the 16th minute, up to 30 minutes (max $15 late fee). Once you are 30 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full grooming price plus the $15 late fee.Late Pick-up

These prices are only an estimate based on size and coat types; however, we charge based on time and skill so prices may vary. We are not able to give an exact price without meeting your dog.Elder or Special Needs Pet
Sometimes elderly or special needs dogs require another hand. If your dog needs two groomers, there may be an extra charge based on time.
